Most corporate mixology classes feel like a templated activity. Ours don’t. All Spirits Events designs and hosts private cocktail classes for corporate teams in New York City and at venues across the United States — led by working professional mixologists and shaped around your brand, your audience, and the moment you’re trying to create.
Whether you’re planning a five-person executive offsite in Tribeca, a 25-person team-building afternoon in your office, or a 50-plus-guest client appreciation event in San Francisco or Chicago, we build the class around you.
Backed by real spirits-industry credentials
All Spirits Events is led by founder Adam Levy, who is also the founder of the New York International Spirits Competition — one of the most respected trade-judged spirits competitions in the world — and the editorial voice behind The Alcohol Professor, a recognized spirits expert quoted in Bloomberg and Bar Business Magazine.
That depth matters. When your team is learning how to build a Negroni, taste a single malt, or balance a craft cocktail, they’re learning from a network of professionals who judge, write about, and help shape the spirits industry — not generic bartenders working from a script.
Top mixologists in NYC — and across the country
For New York events, we draw on a roster of award-winning Manhattan and Brooklyn mixologists with real bar-program credits and competition experience. Outside New York, we tap a national network of working mixologists in cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Austin, Boston, Washington D.C., and beyond. Wherever your team is based, we bring in talent that is local, credible, and ready to lead the room.
Class sizes, from intimate to large-scale
We design classes for groups as small as 5 guests — perfect for executive teams, board offsites, or VIP client experiences — all the way up to 50 or more for client appreciation events, holiday parties, and sales kickoffs. The format scales with the room: smaller groups get deep, conversational instruction; larger groups move to a competition format, a station-based experience, or a guided demonstration with hands-on stations.
Your venue or ours
Flexibility is built in. We can bring a fully equipped portable bar program — spirits, glassware, ice, tools, and mixologists — to your office, a hotel, a private dining room, or a venue we recommend. Or we will work with your existing venue and staff, partnering with your in-house bartenders, F&B team, or event planner to deliver the experience without disrupting your operation. We have run classes in conference rooms, lofts, restaurants, retail flagships, and rooftops. If you have a space, we can make it work.
Custom cocktail themes designed around your event
Every class can be themed. A few examples:
- Brand storytelling — cocktails built around a product launch, a milestone anniversary, or a campaign narrative.
- Regional flights — Mexico (mezcal and tequila), Scotland (single malt), the Caribbean (rum), or American whiskey.
- Seasonal and holiday — autumn Old Fashioned variations, summer agave spritzes, winter spiced cocktails.
- Classic cocktail mastery — the Negroni, the Manhattan, the Old Fashioned, the Daiquiri, the Martini.
We design the menu, the order, the storytelling, and the recipe cards. Your guests leave knowing how to recreate every drink at home.
How it works
Tell us the headcount, the city, the date, the budget, and the vibe. Within one business day we will come back with a proposed format, a mixologist match, and a quote. From there it is typically one short call to lock the details — and we handle the rest.
Cocktail Pairing Experiences
We are also unique that we are also able create cocktail pairing experiences for we are also teach this on the Cheese Professor and The Chocolate Professor
