For larger productions and seasonal dates we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks ahead. Smaller private tastings can often be planned in 2–3 weeks — but the earlier the better.

We’re based in Hoboken, NJ and serve the New York metropolitan area, with regular travel nationally and internationally for the right event.

Either works. We’re happy to design around a venue you already have, or recommend partner venues based on your guest count and program.
