The staff at All Spirits Events (ASE) was hired to curate and pour a selection of Japanese Whiskies for a networking event held after an onsite tech conference.
ASE was approached by an international Event Management Team that was producing the tech event. The Team wanted an interesting whiskey tasting and selected a Japanese Whiskey theme.
Working with the team’s budget, ASE selected four different Japanese whiskies and poured them at the networking event. ASE shared their overall knowledge of whiskey with the attendees who visited their station, focusing on Japanese whiskies including winners from the New York International Spirits Competition. Attendees frequently asked about the differences between Japanese, Scotch, and Bourbon whiskies, as well as what they should experience when nosing and tasting the different Japanese whiskies.
Overall, it was a successful event with many attendees stating that the Japanese Whiskey tasting experience was one of the conference’s highlights.
The ASE team loves to be challenged!
